I have lost my car key altogether. Can you make me a new one?

No. This business does not cut, supply, replace or program car keys, and does not work on transponders, remotes or ignitions. For a lost key, your dealer or a specialist in car keys is the right call; a car opening alone will not help you drive away.

Will opening the door set off the alarm or mark the paint?

The door is opened with tools made for the purpose, without forcing the frame or touching the paint. An alarm may sound when the door opens; it stops when you use your key or remote inside.

Is a hire car any different?

The method is the same. Ring the hire company first if you can: some have their own assistance line and their own rules about who may open the car.
