What data, and where it comes from
The website has no forms and stores nothing about you. Personal data reaches the business only when you contact it: by phone, on WhatsApp or by email. That is usually your name, phone number, the address of the job, any photos you send (of a lock, a door or a safe), a location pin, and the details of the job and the payment.
Why it is used, and on what legal basis
- To answer you and carry out the job you ask for: steps taken at your request before a contract and the performance of that contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- To check that you may have a door, car or safe opened: the legitimate interest of the business and of the owner of the property in preventing unlawful entry (art. 6.1.f).
- To issue invoices and keep accounting records: legal obligations under Spanish tax law (art. 6.1.c).
No automated decisions or profiling are carried out, and nothing is used for advertising.
How long it is kept
Messages and photos that do not lead to a job are deleted within a few months. Data linked to a job is kept while any claim about the work could be made, and invoices for the periods that tax law requires (in general, up to six years under the Commercial Code).
Who else handles it
- Website hosting (Cloudflare): serves the pages and may log technical data such as IP addresses for security.
- Messaging (WhatsApp, owned by Meta Platforms) when you choose to write that way.
- Email provider for messages sent to [email protected].
- Tax advisers and the Spanish Tax Agency, for invoices.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers there rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The site's own typeface is served from this domain, so no font request goes to Google.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a limit on its use, its portability, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected] with a copy of an identity document. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Qué datos se tratan y de dónde proceden
El sitio web no tiene formularios y no guarda información sobre usted. Los datos personales solo llegan al negocio cuando usted contacta con él por teléfono, WhatsApp o correo electrónico: normalmente su nombre, su teléfono, la dirección del trabajo, las fotografías que envíe (de una cerradura, una puerta o una caja fuerte), una ubicación y los datos del trabajo y del pago.
Finalidades y base jurídica
- Atender su solicitud y realizar el trabajo: aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición suya y ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b RGPD).
- Comprobar que puede solicitar la apertura de una puerta, un vehículo o una caja fuerte: interés legítimo del negocio y del propietario en evitar accesos ilícitos (art. 6.1.f RGPD).
- Emitir facturas y llevar la contabilidad: cumplimiento de obligaciones legales tributarias (art. 6.1.c RGPD).
No se toman decisiones automatizadas ni se elaboran perfiles, y nada se usa con fines publicitarios.
Plazo de conservación
Los mensajes y fotografías que no dan lugar a un trabajo se eliminan en unos meses. Los datos vinculados a un trabajo se conservan mientras puedan derivarse reclamaciones sobre él, y las facturas durante los plazos que exige la normativa tributaria y mercantil (con carácter general, hasta seis años según el Código de Comercio).
Destinatarios
- Alojamiento web (Cloudflare): sirve las páginas y puede registrar datos técnicos, como la IP, por seguridad.
- Mensajería (WhatsApp, de Meta Platforms), si usted elige escribir por esa vía.
- Proveedor de correo electrónico de [email protected].
- Asesoría fiscal y Agencia Tributaria, en relación con las facturas.
Algunos de estos proveedores están en Estados Unidos. Las transferencias se amparan en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. cuando el proveedor está certificado, o en las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea. La tipografía del sitio se sirve desde este mismo dominio, por lo que no se realiza ninguna petición a Google.
Derechos
Puede ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad y oposición escribiendo a [email protected] con copia de un documento identificativo. Si no queda satisfecho con la respuesta, puede reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
